Shipping Policy

• We support UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD.

1. Delivery and Shipping
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Emozee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
2. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation and Refund
  • Emozee does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
  • If a defective or incorrect product is received, customers must contact 8148782098 within 24 hours with order details and unboxing videos & photos for resolution. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging.
  • Certain items such as personal hygiene products and toys (e.g., tissues, garbage bags, toy packages) may not be eligible for return once opened.
